I’m engaging in some “real” time. I’ll return to regularly scheduled posts as soon as I get things together.

Busy Busy Busy is the word for this week.

Today is my baby’s birthday. He is 3 Years old. In celebration of his birth we added a new member to our family. “sunflower” a very cute, yet very demanding little kitten.

I am babysitting my cousin’s little darling. She is 6mo old and I’ve come to realize that I forgot how to take care of babies. So untill Friday I may not have much time for “thinking” let alone “blogging”.

I love you all and I’ll talk to you soon.

The Bloke from in the outer is hosting this weeks Christian Carnival. He writes:

Well, here it is at last! The 82nd Almost Weekly (or As-Far-As-We-Can-Manage-It-Weekly) Christian Carnival where participating bloggers submit a post they have penned during the past week to showcase to the blog-reading public. Each week, a host arranges these submissions in some way or around a theme to present to the awaiting Blog-o-public.

If you get a chance stop on by the Bloke’s to view the many submissions to this weeks Christian Carnival. You will be blessed.

We “bloggers” often wonder why do we even “blog”? Does anyone actually read this stuff? Every blogger has his or her own reasons. GentleWhisper tells us hers. Someday soon I may tell you mine.

Thanks to Hillary for pointing the way to TheToyMaker! This is a fabulous site in which author/artist MarilynScott-Waters illustrates and designs beautiful paper toys. You can go to her site and print them up and make them on your own. They are beautiful! I am so dissapointed that I’m out of color ink in my printer. Maybe its a good thing, otherwise I would be folding little paper masterpieces all day long! MS. Marilyn also has a book available on amazon, I’m thinking about buying it. . .someday.

Almost 3yr old Joshua has been walking around on his toes all day. He kept telling me he was “big enough”. “Big enough for what?” I finally asked. “Big enough to go to school with my Charleigh!” Charleigh starts kindergarten one week from Wednesday. Joshua assures me that he too is going and the teacher “won’t mind at all”. When I told him he needed to be older to go to kindergarten he stretched up on his tippy toes and exclaimed “See Mom! I am Big Enough, See!”

I noticed on my guestmap that Danell stopped by. Seeing that I only know one Danell from Oklahoma I’m guessing it’s my Danell from old school days. I always did like Danell, I remember in the 3rd grade she had a fuzzy kittycat back pack; I thought she was so cool, I have to admit I coveted that backpack.

We also went through highschool together as well as some college classes. I was always blessed by her sweet and tender spirit. I never really got to know her like I wanted. I was however honored to go to her wedding one Christmas day. It was the most precious and personal wedding I’ve ever attended.

So if the Danell that visited is my Danell then I want you to know that you warmed my heart.

If’n it is some other Danell . . .that lives in Oklahoma. . . well thanks for coming by
:)
