The Carnival of Recipes was posted Saturday at Dubious Wonder. The theme this week is Gifts from the Kitchen. While my contribution was Chocolate Crinkles I’ve picked out a few gifts from the Carnival for some of you.

For my dear Kurt I give you a Tourtierre

To Amy the United States Military Academy Fajitas

One of Dad’s old favorites : Snickerdoodles

Viennese Crescents for Mom

Julie, I give you Jingle Balls In fact you should share the joy of making them with my kids sometime. (Just don’t share the sophmoric humor that comes with the recipe.) No offense to Christine at Morning Coffee & Afternoon Tea

Last but not least, we know how much Janae LOVES Butter Cream Frosting

  1. 2,000 lbs of pre-sliced chicken?

  2. For the next time 4000 of your buddies show up for dinner. As for the chicken just call Tyson.

  3. No offense taken. I am proud to be a walking advertisement for sophomoric, infantile, bawdy and usually inappropriate humor. :))

  4. I don’t think my dietician will like me eating the cookies you picked out for me. I think I will make them anyway. Mom

  5. Mom wants me to come out on Christmas eve to make cookies, maybe I’ll make the jingle balls. Ethan will love them, you know how much he likes peanut butter. Good choice for me too.
