Amazing movie, amazing website: Amazing Grace
This is a must see movie as well as a must visit site. Kurt and I went last weekend and where blown away by the beauty of this film.
The movie Amazing Grace brings to life the story of anti-slavery pioneer William Wilburforce as he struggles through 18th century politics to bring an end to the slave trade in Great Britain. This powerful movie not only reminds us of our past but inspires us to continue in the conviction and fight to end the slavery that still exists today.
The Amazing Change, a campaign inspired by the movie strives to “Carry on Wilburforce’s Vision of Mercy and Justice”. Visit “The Amazing Change” to learn more about Wilburforce, Slavery then and now, about their campaign and to find out what you can do to make a difference today.
