I’ve noticed in the last three weeks and one day my only progress was in getting older.
Ya think it has anything to do with my level of activity and commitment?
Interesting that this dilemma could apply to more areas in my life than weight…hmm. What have I done today besides getting older? How about you?

Remember when we counted down the days till our 16th birthday on the chalk board in Driver’s Ed. Was that last week or a life time ago? Seems like a little of both. It’s been 5 years since I saw you.
