Every 5 years I spend a good hour trying to figure out how to spell the word which stands for tasty german meat turnovers “filled with cooked and seasoned ground beef, shredded cabbage and onions, then oven baked until the dough is golden brown.”

For my own future reference the word is spelled Bierocks. Not beaurox, burocks, beuroks , or even beer rock, but Bierocks. . .Oh, and sometimes Bierox.

Also for future reference:

Bierocks on AllRecipes.com

After I make these I’ll replace the links for the recipe I use.

Thank you for your patience you may now go back to your regularly scheduled surfing. Unless of course you have your own Bierock spelling or recipe in which case I would love to hear from you in the comments.
