FYI-
Charleigh is allergic,
very allergic to milk.
We found this out yesterday.
I got to tell her.
A Dairy Drama ensued.
NO MILK!!!!!!!!!!!
I calmed her with the idea of soy milk.
NO CHEESE!
I calmed her with the lame idea of soy cheese.
NO SOUR CREAM!!!
NO HAPPINESS!!
Dairy Drama.
I’m off to Eat-Rite to find some suitable alternatives.

How can something like that change? She hasn’t always been allergic to dairy!

There are waffles that can be found in the frozen section of Wal-Mart usually by the Morningstar soy items. They are called Van’s Wheat Free waffles, they are dairy, wheat and egg free. However, I don’t know how they would go over with the hypoglycemia. Maybe paired with natural peanut butter or sugar free syrup they wouldn’t be so bad. Oh, Jami. I will certainly keep you guys in my prayers. I too would have major dairy drama here. Especially my youngest. She eats almost nothing else.
