It’s whats playing at our house this month. At last we break from High School Musical and Hannah Montana CD. We’ve discovered Pure NRG! The five year old and eight year old love them! The nine year old doesn’t mind them and the mom welcomes a fresh new Christian alternative.
Hey, this looks like the “Start of Something New” perhaps we’ve finally got “The Best of Both Worlds”.

Oh, we are definitely going to have to check those out! I think my kids would love those!

And yes the chocolate factory was too cool. I’ll send you some chocolate on your birthday. Your birthday is the same day as Amy’s right?

Check out God Rocks! for some really great Christian music for kids, actually I like it too! God Rocks! is made up of 4 young adults - 1 girl and 3 guys.

SHERYL STACEY-NEILSON | GEM
Sheryl is a Juno Award nominated Christian recording artist and writer who has had 8 years of professional experience, hosting children and teen television programs in Canada. She sang on her first recording at the age of 11, and since then has never looked back! Sheryl voices the character of “Gem” in the animated series, and tours with the God Rocks! ministry.

TYLER SEIDENBERG | CARB
A musical prodigy, Tyler is a multi-award winning pianist/singer/composer. He started playing the piano when he was 5 years old, and at age 12 completed his first CD, with nine original tracks. Tyler is expanding his musical knowledge at Azusa Pacific University in California. Tyler uses his voice talents as “Carb” in the God Rocks! television series.

JORDAN ELGIE | SPLINTER
Jordan Elgie, has accomplished much more than your average 19 year old. Not only is he a good lookin’ guy, Jordan also plays guitar, bass, drums, and, most recently, piano. His theatrical career began at a young age performing in the operas “Madame Butterfly”, and “The King and I”. He has appeared as an actor/model for Disney, Sears, Northern Getaway, and Nerf. Jordan is also an exceptional athlete, winning a gold medal in school gymnastics at the age of 12. He went on to win 2 European American Football Championships. Jordan voices the character “Splinter” in the God Rocks! television series.

Joshua discovered God Rocks last year when they started showing it on DayStar. He loves it. All the kids do. We’ve shared them with the kids in my Sunday School class and they were all mesmerized as well.
