Recently, my sister Jami said she would post to this blog daily. However, on her “Motive” page she promised to “keep the content positive.”
I just finished talking to Jami on the cell phone… From what I could hear through the static, nothing in her day fits the guidelines of keeping it positive.
So, in keeping her promise to post daily while following the guideline, “If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all,” Jami has asked me to post for her.
She’s been shopping in Amarillo all day. Tonight they’re going to some sort of a prophetic meeting at church… I’m not sure how that works; there was a lot of interference. This scheduled prophetic meeting sounded a little different to me. I asked if the guy has “Prophet” printed on his business cards. Jami suggested that Isaiah would have. I told her that while I do believe in the gift of prophecy I think there are a lot of corny people out there. Jami says that’s why she’s here to discern. This caused me to wonder if she should start selling business cards which say, “Authentic Prophet” or “Corny Preacher.” I told Jami I was going to write about this on her blog. [What can she do? I have the password.] She sounded a little apprehensive and wanted me to include the fact that she is not, “Anti-Prophet.” Which, by the way, was really funny at the time.
Everything she says on the phone is funny. We should just record our random phone conversations and start our own podcast.
So, to wrap up this rambling, pointless, but definitely not un-positive post. I leave you with a few parting words about Jami’s day…
She has PMS.
